Sasta Bazaars’ in Ramazan

Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration has been finalizing arrangements for setting up Sasta Bazaars in the month of Ramzan.

An official of ICT Administration told APP that the ICT administration would organize a meeting with all the stakeholders in order to ensure availability of food items at low prices during the Ramazan.

He said the administration would ensure provision of food items at the rates less than the wholesale and ex-mill rates. He called upon the traders to voluntarily reduce the prices during the Ramazan for providing maximum relief to the consumers.

He said the administration would also ensure enough supply of food items with the active support of all stakeholders so that price hike or shortage of items couldn’t take place during Ramazan.
